Terms & Conditions for the Online Shop

1. Copyright
The website (www.whitelotuscleansing) design and contents and all content sold by us are protected by copyright. Modification, distribution, or republication is forbidden without the prior written permission of White Lotus Cleansing.

2. Conditions of Use of Website and all Products sold by us.

2.1. Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and White Lotus Cleansing for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until the White Lotus Cleansing accepts your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time White lotus Cleansing sends the confirmation e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). Any such contracts will be governed by the laws of Australia.

In all cases allow up to 14 days for delivery.

3. Delivery, Shipping and Postal Services

3.1. Australia
Delivery within Australia is from $10.00 rising to $25.00 for larger orders.

We send all mail via Registered post Recorded and Signed For. This services usually takes 2-3 days.

3.2. European & International
Delivery to European and International destinations is from $25.00 rising to $60.00 for very large orders.

All European and International Mail is sent via registerd international Mail and Signed For. This service usually takes 7-10 business days. Once in the destination country, the domestic postal authority takes responsibility for your mail. It will forward your mail to regional mail centres for delivery by their post people. We can't track mail once it has left Australia but will give all our customers a tracking number so they can track it with their designated postal service from their end.

4. Returns and Cancellations

4.1. Our Returns Policy
You may only return items if they are damaged or defective, if we sent them to you in error or if you exercise your right to cancel the order within a period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the products. For details of cancelling an order see "Cancelling an Item" below.

4.2. Delivery charges for returns
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs of returning it to us.

4.3. Returning an item
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below:

5. Cancelling an item
Under the Australian Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item as long as the products have not been used and you notify us you wish to cancel within a period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the products.

If you wish to cancel the contract your notice of cancellation must be in writing and may be communicated to us by any of the following means:-

In each case your notice should be clearly marked or headed "Contract Cancellation" and should contain your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Once you have notified us of the cancellation please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with a copy of the notice of cancellation. Please ensure that the package is marked "Contract Cancellation".

For your peace of mind we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed if any product is defective. Products that have been opened or used cannot be refunded. Unopened products may be returned within 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the products. Please see our returns and cancellations section above for further information.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
We take care to keep secure and private any information we hold about you. This information is confined to that which we need to hold to fulfill your order and to provide customer service to you. We do not disclose buyer's information to third parties.

8.1. Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal Payments Privacy
Credit card, debit card or any other related financial data is not stored by White Lotus Cleansing. All payments from this website are processed through our online shopping cart (with fully encrypted SSL certificates and security) and in turn routed to PayPal secure payments for final processing.
